ISTD - 2009 Student Briefs

The ISTD briefs have been released and I've scoured through the possible projects. We had a quick talk through with Sally whilst she was in the print room about what would be entailed and what they are generally about. I already have my eyes blinkered towards one of the projects as a few initial ideas have already surfaced and I think as a final project a lot can be done for it which will give me a great piece for my portfolio.

The negative part is that it's not very experimental which, being in my last year, will be my last opportunity to do work in such a vein without it meaning I won't eat the next month if the idea flops.

I've asked Sally for a time to talk about initial ideas which was last Thursday, so need to arrange this again as I don't want to instigate a path that's going to hinder rather than help in the long run.
